When you move through overwhelming or emotionally intense situations, your body adapts in order to keep you safe. Over time, these adaptations can show up as physical sensations such as tight shoulders, jaw tension, brain fog, excessive weight gain/loss, racing thoughts, high blood pressure, emotional suppression or a constant sense of being on alert and more.
Through breath, movement, touch and somatic awareness, we explore how your nervous system holds stress, emotions and memories. As your body begins to feel safer, it naturally starts to release patterns that were once necessary for survival.
Holosomatic Bodywork allows these patterns to surface in a safe and supported way so they can be processed rather than continually carried.
Over time, this work helps you to develop:
• greater nervous system regulation and eased symptoms
• deeper connection to your body
• healthier emotional expression
• the ability to set boundaries and trust your own signals
• a stronger sense of stability and presence
This process is about allowing you to return to a state of balance, which already exists beneath the patterns you learned in order to survive.
Sessions are held in German or in English in my private Studio at Schwanthalerhöhe in Munich.

What happens in a session?

Each session is a guided space where we work with your body, nervous system and emotional awareness. Depending on the session type, the work may include elements such as somatic bodywork, breath awareness, gentle touch (if consented), sound and energy-based practices. Every session is unique and unfolds based on what your body and nervous system are ready to explore. The intention is to create a safe environment where your body can release tension, regulate and reconnect with its natural state.
Do I need any prior experience with somatic work, breathwork, or energy healing?

No prior experience is needed. The sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Everything will be explained and guided in a gentle and accessible way, so you can simply arrive as you are and allow the experience to unfold.
Is there a consultation before the first session?

Yes. Before your first session, we will have an initial paid consultation (50€) to talk about your intentions, your current situation, and any questions you may have. The 50€ work as a non-refundable deposit and will be fully deducted from the price of your first appointment if you decide to continue. This conversation allows us to explore whether the work is supportive and appropriate for you and ensures that we begin the process with clarity and mutual commitment.
How long does a session last? How much is it?

Private sessions usually last between 90 and 120 minutes. Each session is unique and unfolds at its own pace. As a practitioner, I carefully guide the process to ensure that the work stays within a safe and supportive window for your nervous system, allowing your body to release and integrate without becoming overwhelmed.
The investment for a session is 170€.
Is this a form of therapy or medical treatment?
No. The work I offer is a somatic practice and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently under medical or therapeutic care, you are welcome to continue that support alongside this work.

What should I bring to a session?

Are there any contraindications?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move easily is recommended. If you have a familiar, comforting object — often a blanket or toy— that gives you emotional security, please don’t hesitate to bring it with you! Everything else needed for the session will be provided.
While this work is generally gentle and supportive, I won’t be working with individuals with following health conditions:
• severe cardiovascular conditions
• history of epilepsy, seizures
• recent surgeries, broken boney
• pregnancy - at any stage!
• severe psychiatric conditions
• current acute trauma or crisis
• acute viral diseases (if you’re feeling unwell, we’ll reschedule)
If necessary, we can discuss whether the work is appropriate for you or adapt the session accordingly.
Can I book a session if I feel nervous or unsure?
Yes, absolutely! It is completely natural to feel some uncertainty before trying something new. The sessions are designed to move at a pace that feels safe and respectful for your nervous system without causing any overwhelm. You are always welcome to share any questions or concerns during the consultation beforehand.
How can I book a session?
You can request a session through the connect form on this website or via WhatsApp. Please make sure to include your availability (date and time) and I will do my best to accommodate you! After your request we will arrange the consultation before the first session and go from there.
